This Policy details how we receive, collect and use information in connection with our website located at www.pasitos.nl (the «Web Site»), the Pasitos mobile application («Pasitos App»), and other products and services provided on the Web Site (all of the foregoing, collectively, the «Service»).

1.1 Pasitos collects, uses and stores your Personal Data in accordance with the Dutch Law on the Protection of Persons with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, as modified.

1.2 Pasitos may use your Personal Data to:
Improve their Services; detect misuse of its system and/or a customer account; the provision of Service and billing purposes; provide you with information relating to your account; provide the Services you requested; identify, locate and contact; registration database of contacts; communicate new products or services and tell you about changes in them; communicate promotions; address their complaints and clarifications; assess the quality of the products or services we provide; prepare studies and programs are needed to determine consumption habits, and in general to comply with the obligations we have undertaken with you, and shall be protected by measures of administrative, technical and physical, to avoid damage, loss, alteration, destruction, use, access or improper disclosure.

1.3 Pasitos and any partner involved in providing the Service, will store your Personal Data no longer than the time necessary to provide Service and in any case no longer than the maximum period permitted by the local laws, rules, and regulations on Personal Data protection.

2. Special and / or sensitive personal data that we process

Pasitos processes the following special and / or sensitive personal data of you:
– Health
– Data of persons younger than 16 years of age Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years. Unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We, therefore, recommend parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, to prevent data about children being collected without parental permission. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without that permission, please contact us at support@pasitos.nl, we will remove this information.

3. For what purpose and on what basis we process personal data

Pasitos processes your personal data for the following purposes:

– Being able to call or e-mail you if this is necessary to be able to perform our services
– Inform you about changes to our services and products
– Offer you the possibility to create an account
– To deliver goods and services to you

Pasitos ensures the confidentiality of your Personal Data and will never disclose them to third parties without your consent, apart from the partners involved in providing the Service.

Nevertheless, these partners involved in providing the Service will only receive the Personal Data required to perform Service. Pasitos and its partners are prohibited from using your Personal Data for any other purposes.

Personal Data may additionally be communicated to any employee of Pasitos or any partner involved in providing the Service. The communication to these third parties is limited to data necessary for the performance of their tasks for the same purposes as the one of Pasitos. Finally, Pasitos complies with legally-binding requests from the Dutch authorities to share data only in the case of a legal investigation. However, Pasitos will never share the data with authorities without proper legal order.

Pasitos only provides to third parties and only if this is necessary for the implementation of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal requirement commitment.

7. Security of your Personal Data

Pasitos uses standard security technologies and procedures to ensure the protection of your Personal Data against unauthorized access, use, disclosure or destruction. Pasitos takes security measures, such as technical and organizational measures against unauthorized or unlawful access to your Personal Data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to your Personal Data. Pasitos takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access disclosure, and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that your data is not properly protected or there are indications of abuse, please contact our customer service or via support@pasitos.nl. Pasitos has taken the following measures to protect personal data:

Any sensitive information, such as your credit card number is protected by encryption. The encrypted communication is established using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.

Indeed, SSL provides the secure exchange of data between two computers in order to ensure the confidentiality, integrity of exchanged information and authentication by recognition of the identity of the program, the person or company with which the Personal Data is exchanged. It is noteworthy that Pasitos does not save payment information, such as bank account numbers or credit card information. The payment information is being processed by Payment Providers.

8. Access to your Personal Data

You can request free access to your Personal Data processed and stored by Pasitos.

Should you wish to access, update, and rectify your Personal Data at any time, for compelling and legitimate reasons relating to your special situation, the processing of any data on you, you may make a request by sending an email to support@pasitos.nl or writing through our Contact Form.

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to request your consent for the withdraw data processing or object to the processing of your personal data by Pasitos and you are entitled to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us for the personal data that we hold about you in a computer file to be sent to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can request your access, correction, deletion, data transfer send personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to support@pasitos.nl. To ensure that the request for inspection has been made by you, we ask you to provide a copy of your proof of identity with the request to send. Make in this copy your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen service number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible but within four weeks. 9. Cookies, Clear GIFs and Other Automatically Collected Data

If you have permitted your computer to accept cookies, Pasitos may uses cookies on its Web Site. Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to an individual’s hard drive for record-keeping purposes. Cookies make web-surfing easier by saving preferences and browsing patterns while you are at the Web Site. Cookies may be used to analyze Web Site usage, improve the content, customize the Web Site’s content and layout and for other customer service purposes. Pasitos servers may automatically collect data about your Internet address when you visit the Web Site. This information, known as an Internet Protocol address, or IP Address, is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer by your Internet service provider whenever you are on the Internet. When you request pages from our Web Site, our servers may log your IP Address and, if applicable, your domain name. Our Policy applies solely to Personal Data that is acquired on the Web Site or through your use of our Service, and/or your relationship with Pasitos. We urge you to be careful when you enter any Personal Data online. Pasitos accepts no responsibility or liability for these other websites.

From time to time, Pasitos may revise this Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy, or any other of our policies or practices. However, we will not use your Personal Data in a way that is materially different than the uses described in this Policy without giving you an opportunity to opt-out of such differing uses. We will send an email to all our active users informing them of the update. Your continued use of the Web Site indicates your assent to any changes and signifies your agreement to the terms of our Policy.
